At Surya Sangam, we believe in building trust through transparency. Our payment and refund process is designed to keep you informed and confident at every step of your solar journey. Below is an easy-to-understand outline of how payments work and under what conditions you can expect a refund:

Booking your solar journey with us Nominal booking fee 100% refundable anytime before process initiation.
Site inspection completed No additional charge Not applicable – this step is free of charge.
Proposal shared & discussion completed No payment required No cancellations applicable as no payment is involved.
Vendor confirmation & design approval 50% of project value - 100% refund within 24 hrs
- 50% refund within 24–48 hrs
- No refund after 48 hrs
Material procurement initiated Covered under 50% advance No refund possible once vendor orders are placed.
Solar system installation complete 45% of total value No cancellations or refunds possible at this stage.
Final testing & quality checks No extra cost Not applicable – quality check included in project scope.
Final handover and commissioning Remaining 5% No cancellations or refunds at this point – system is ready and delivered.
